Ingredients

  1. Chicken breast – 200 grams
  2. Ginger/garlic paste – 1tsp
  3. Egg – 2
  4. Soya sauce – 1tbsp
  5. Refined flour ( maida) – half cup
  6. Sweet soda ( meetha soda) – 1 pinch
  7. Salt and black pepper – to taste
  8. Sesame oil – ¼ tsp
  9. Oil – for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breast into long thin strips
  2. Marinate chicken in ginger/garlic, salt, black pepper, soya sauce, Sesame oil, and set aside
  3. In a separate bowl, make a thick mixture with refines flour, eggs, salt, black pepper, sweet soda and water
  4. Heat oil in a wok (karahi), dip chicken pieces in flour mixture and fry chicken pieces one by one
  5. When the pieces turn golden put then on paper towels
  6. Serve with your favorite sauce
