Chicken tempura details
Ingredients
- Chicken breast – 200 grams
- Ginger/garlic paste – 1tsp
- Egg – 2
- Soya sauce – 1tbsp
- Refined flour ( maida) – half cup
- Sweet soda ( meetha soda) – 1 pinch
- Salt and black pepper – to taste
- Sesame oil – ¼ tsp
- Oil – for frying
Instructions
- Cut chicken breast into long thin strips
- Marinate chicken in ginger/garlic, salt, black pepper, soya sauce, Sesame oil, and set aside
- In a separate bowl, make a thick mixture with refines flour, eggs, salt, black pepper, sweet soda and water
- Heat oil in a wok (karahi), dip chicken pieces in flour mixture and fry chicken pieces one by one
- When the pieces turn golden put then on paper towels
- Serve with your favorite sauce
