Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 6 tablespoons coleslaw dressing
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/4 sweet onion, diced small
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup diced Granny Smith apple
- 1/2 cup halved seedless red grapes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Extra time: 1 hour, chilling1. In a food processor, combine the chicken, mayonnaise, coleslaw dressing, lemon juice, celery, and onion. Pulse until well mixed.
2. Fold in almonds, apple and grapes.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
