Ingredients

  1. Chicken – 1 cup (boneless)
  2. Potatoes – 1 cup (diced)
  3. Bread crumbs – 1 cup
  4. Gram lentils ( channay ki daal) – ¼ cup
  5. Fresh Coriander (hara dhania) and mint (podina) – ½ cup (chopped)
  6. Egg – 1
  7. Green chilies –   4 (chopped)
  8. Red Chili Powder – 1tsp
  9. Tara hot Spices – 1tsp
  10. Ginger/ Garlic – 2tbsp (chopped)
  11. Salt – to taste
  12. Oil – for frying

Instructions

  1. Clean gram lentils and soak them in water. Drain.
  2. Cook chicken, potatoes, lentils, salt, red chilies, garlic, ginger, hot spices, and 1 cup water in a pot
  3. When potatoes, chicken, and lentils become tender and water dries, remove from flame
  4. Grind this mixture in a blender
  5. Put ground mixture in a bowl and add green chilies, fresh coriander and mint and make kebabs
  6. Dip kebabs in beaten eggs and then coat with bread crumbs
  7. Heat oil in a frying pan
  8. Fry kebabs until golden on both sides
  9. Take out on paper towels

To make Tara Hot Spices:Grind 2 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp cumin seeds (zeera), 2 tsp coriander seeds(sabut dhania) and 12 cloves. Use as per your requirement
