Chicken and Potato Kebab recipe

Ingredients
- Chicken – 1 cup (boneless)
- Potatoes – 1 cup (diced)
- Bread crumbs – 1 cup
- Gram lentils ( channay ki daal) – ¼ cup
- Fresh Coriander (hara dhania) and mint (podina) – ½ cup (chopped)
- Egg – 1
- Green chilies – 4 (chopped)
- Red Chili Powder – 1tsp
- Tara hot Spices – 1tsp
- Ginger/ Garlic – 2tbsp (chopped)
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – for frying
Instructions
- Clean gram lentils and soak them in water. Drain.
- Cook chicken, potatoes, lentils, salt, red chilies, garlic, ginger, hot spices, and 1 cup water in a pot
- When potatoes, chicken, and lentils become tender and water dries, remove from flame
- Grind this mixture in a blender
- Put ground mixture in a bowl and add green chilies, fresh coriander and mint and make kebabs
- Dip kebabs in beaten eggs and then coat with bread crumbs
- Heat oil in a frying pan
- Fry kebabs until golden on both sides
- Take out on paper towels
To make Tara Hot Spices:Grind 2 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp cumin seeds (zeera), 2 tsp coriander seeds(sabut dhania) and 12 cloves. Use as per your requirement
