chicken broth |

mixed vegetables of your choice: |

potatoes, bell peppers, beans, cauliflower |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C.
Mix together butter, flour and seasonings. Add chicken broth and mix well. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add the vegetables and cook for 5-8 minutes. Pour into a large casserole and bake for 15 minutes.
