Chicken mushroom spinach lasagna recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | chicken breast filet |
2 g | condensed mushroom soup |
300 ml | milk |
lasagna pasta sheets | |
150 g | cheese, Cheddar or Emmental |
1 tbsp | oil |
salt | |
black pepper, freshly ground | |
2 pinch(es) | nutmeg, freshly grated |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Fry diced chicken breast in oil until brown. Transfer to a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Mix milk and soup together until smooth then stir half of the mixture into the pan with the chicken.
Cook spinach and squeeze out excess liquid, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Place half the chicken mixture in an ovenproof dish, top with lasagne sheets, half of the remaining mushroom soup/milk mixture and then the spinach.
Repeat layers of chicken, lasagne, soup and spinach. Last layer should be soup. Scatter the cheese over.
Bake for 30 minutes until pasta is tender and top is golden.
Serving suggestions:Serve with a tomato salad.
