Ingredients
150 g | chicken breast fillet |
2 tsp | oil |
1 stalk(s) | leek, sliced |
2 slice(s) | cooked ham, diced |
75 g | single cream |
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste | |
nutmeg | |
2 | walnuts, chopped |
Instructions
In a pan, heat half of the oil. Fry the fillet until golden brown all around and just cooked through. Keep warm.In a saucepan, heat the remaining oil. Fry the ham and the leek for 2 minutes. Pour in the cream and cook for 3-4 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the sauce over the chicken fillet. Serve sprinkled with the nuts.
