Ingredients
400 g | pasta |
2 tbsp | mint, chopped |
2 tbsp | cilantro, chopped |
2 tbsp | sage, chopped |
2 tbsp | basil, chopped |
50 g | cashew nuts, chopped |
6 tbsp | olive oil |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
50 g | freshly grated Pecorino cheese |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the herbs, nuts, oil, cheese and the garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper.Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Add a small ladle of the cooking water to the herb mixture and drain the cooked pasta. Combine the pasta with the mixture and toss. Serve immediately.
