Ingredients

12	chicken drumsticks
175 ml	honey
7 tbsp	mustard
2 tbsp	vinegar, (preferably white wine vinegar)
3 tbsp	oil

Instructions

Score the chicken drumsticks several times and place them in a casserole dish.

Stir together honey, mustard, vinegar and oil until well combined. Pour over the chicken drumsticks until they are covered from all sides with the marinade. Set aside for 2-3 hours.

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place the chicken on a baking tray and roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes. Turn the drumsticks occasionally and keep on basting with the marinade.
