|4||chicken breasts, skinned, boned, cut into chunks|
|4 tbsp||Dijon mustard|
|200 ml||double cream|
Melt butter in a skillet over moderately high heat. Sauté the chicken in butter on both sides. Add Dijon mustard and stir to coat. Then add cream and stir again to coat. Continue to cook until chicken is done and cooked through.
