100 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
For the Salad: | |
lettuce | |
carrots, thinly cut | |
tomatoes, diced | |
olives | |
For the Dressing: | |
¼ tsp | chili sauce |
2 tbsp | mustard |
lemon juice | |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet and sauté chicken.Combine the ingredients for the salad and arrange on a serving plate.
Combine the ingredients for the dessing in a jar and shake to mix well. Pour desired amount of chili salad dressing on top of salad. Sprinkle with cheese.
