Ingredients

2	chicken breasts, boneless
	vegetable oil
100 g	Cheddar cheese, grated
	For the Salad:
	lettuce
	carrots, thinly cut
	tomatoes, diced
	olives
	For the Dressing:
¼ tsp	chili sauce
2 tbsp	mustard
	lemon juice
	salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Heat oil in a skillet and sauté chicken.

Combine the ingredients for the salad and arrange on a serving plate.

Combine the ingredients for the dessing in a jar and shake to mix well. Pour desired amount of chili salad dressing on top of salad. Sprinkle with cheese.
