Ingredients
15 g | butter |
1 tbsp | vegetable oil |
1 | chicken, jointed into 8 pieces |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
150 g | sour cream |
150 g | crème fraîche |
1 tbsp | parsley, freshly chopped |
Instructions
Stir together sour cream and crème fraîche.Heat butter and oil in a large roasting tin dish and fry the chicken pieces quickly until slightly browned all around.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then pour over the cream. Cover the tin with a lid and bake at 200°C for 45 minutes, turning the chicken pieces twice during cooking.
Serve garnished with parsley.
