Chicken baked in mayonnaise lemon sauce recipe details
Ingredients
6 | chicken breasts, diced |
1 kg | broccoli florets |
240 ml | mayonnaise |
3 tsp | lemon juice |
120 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
Instructions
Cook broccoli until tender. Drain.Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place cooked broccoli in bottom of a baking dish. Spread diced chicken over broccoli.
Mix together mayonnaise and lemon juice and pour over the chicken. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 25 minutes.
