Chicken and rice escalopes recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | chicken breast, minced |
100 g | rice, cooked |
2 | eggs |
2 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
1 tbsp | chives, chopped |
1 tbsp | basil, chopped |
salt and pepper | |
50 g | butter |
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the minced meat, rice, eggs and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Knead until the mixture is smooth and well combined, then form the mixture to small escalopes.In a saucepan, heat the butter. Fry the escalopes from both sides over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid. Cook over low heat for further10-15 minutes.
Serve with ketchup.
