200 g | granulated sugar |
400 g | cherries, from a jar |
350 ml | corn syrup |
½ tsp | almond extract |
Instructions
Combine cherries, sugar, and corn syrup in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and leave to simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in almond extract.Preparation time:
