Cheesy potato casserole recipe details
Cheesy, easy, and filling, with potatoes, onions, and sausages.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 6 links hot dogs or sausage dogs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 to 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzerella cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom or chicken condensed soup
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. Bring large pot of water to boil and cook potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes. After 10 minutes add hot dogs and continue boiling until potatoes are tender.
2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat a 13×9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Drain and return potatoes to pot. Cut up hot dogs to rounds and add to drained potatoes. Add cream of mushroom soup, cheese, butter, and salt/pepper. MIX WELL.
4. Pour mixture into baking dish and bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and potato mixture is heated through.
