100 g | butter |
50 g | flour |
1 tsp | salt |
500 ml | milk |
300 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
Instructions
Melt butter in a small saucepan, add in flour and salt and stir until it is smooth. Stir in milk and keep stirring constantly until well blended. Add cheese, stir until mixtuer starts to boil and starts to thicken. Remove from heat.Preparation time:
