These are those delicious cheese balls that Chester Cheeto has but home made.

Ingredients
Serves: 8- 2 quarts water
- 1 clove elephant garlic, roasted
- 2 pounds corn meal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 package dried cheese from macaroni and cheese dinner package
- oil for deep frying
Preparation method
Prep: 2 hours 25 mins | Cook: 3 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Roast garlic in 350 oven on a small pie plate for 40 minutes.
3. Boil water. Squish garlic into boiling water; stir.
4. Mix all dry ingredients and Cheddar except dry cheese package. Slowly stir while pouring into the boiling water; remove from heat; keep stiring until big ball forms.
5. Flatten mixture on a baking sheet. Refrigerate 2-3 hours.
6. Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
7. Roll into little balls and fry for three minutes or until crisp. Roll into dry cheese; let cool; enjoy!
