Cheese frittata recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup flour
- One 8-ounce carton small-curd cottage cheese
- 2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
- One 4-ounce can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tomato
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine eggs, butter, flour, and baking powder. Stir in cheeses, green chilies, and sun-dried tomatoes. Pour into a well-greased quiche pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Slice a tomato and place on top. Return to oven. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Bake another 20 minutes. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
