- Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup Reisling wine
- 4 ounces grated Emmenthaler cheese
- 4 ounces grated Gruyere cheese
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 3 grates of fresh nutmeg
- Pinch salt and pepper
- Dash kirsch liqueur (distilled cherry liqueur)
- Loaf French bread
