Cheese ball recipe details
- Ingredients:
- Two 8-ounce packages cream cheese (whipped is better)
- One 8.5-ounce can pineapple, drained well
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 Tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 Tablespoon salt
Soften cream cheese and gradually mix in pineapple. Add 1 cup pecans, pepper, onion, and salt. Chill well (about 1 hour) before forming into a ball. Roll in remaining pecans.
