Cheese and onion scrambled eggs recipe details
Ingredients
2 large | eggs |
1 tbsp | milk |
20 g | butter |
1 | spring onion, sliced |
1 | tomato, chopped |
handful | Cheddar cheese, grated |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
In a bowl beat the eggs and milk. Add the eggs and mix.Melt the butter in a medium saucepan and sautè onions over low heat until soft but not browned.
Add the egg tomato mixture and cook until the eggs are scrambled. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cheese. Let cheese melt slightly and serve.
