Chart house lodge salmon details
- Ingredients
- Fish filets
- garlic salt
- Brown sugar
- Teriyaki sauce
Place filets in glass baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic salt, cover with brown sugar, and pour teriyaki sauce over all. Refrigerate for a few hours.
Spray grill with Pamnon-stick cooking spray. Place fish with skin side up on grill. Cook 3 minutes, turn over and cook for an additional 3 minutes. (The time required depends on the thickness of the filets.
Note:It is very important to remember to place the filet with the skin side up first. This sears the fish!
