Champagne fruit with cream cheese recipe details
Ingredients
230 g | cream cheese, Mascarpone |
100 g | sugar |
2 | bananas, sliced |
200 g | pineapple chunks |
200 g | strawberries, hulled, sliced |
1 | lemon, juiced |
150 ml | Champagne, or sparkling wine |
230 ml | whipping cream |
150 g | nuts, chopped |
miniature marshmallows, optional, for garnish |
Instructions
Combine all fruit in a bowl and sprinkle with a bit of lemon juice. Then add champagne or sparkling wine and toss fruit. Leave to marinate for about 15 minutes.Whip cream and combin with cream cheese and sugar. Drain fruit and mix into the cream mixture.
To serve, sprinkle with chopped nuts and marshmallows, if desired.
