Lemon-lime marinated fish. Serve with tortilla chips and margaritas.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 2 pounds red snapper – cut into small mouth size pieces
- 1 onion – minced, not too fine
- 1 bunch cilantro – minced, not too fine
- 1 or 2 – jalapeno peppers, fresh or pickled, minced fine
- 1 teaspoon – oregano
- garlic salt – to taste
- 6-8 lemons, limes or a combination both
Preparation method
Prep: 12 mins | Extra time: 11 hours 48 mins1. Put all ingredients into a non-reactive bowl, less lemon-limes. Mix ingredients.
2. Add lemon-limes until juice begins to form puddles on top of ingredients. Stir, taste juice for saltiness.
3. Refrigerate a minimum of 4-hours, best overnight.
