|1 tsp||curry powder|
Cook cauliflower until tender.
Melt butter over low heat and blend in flour, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Add milk whilst stirring constantly. Cook until sauce is smooth and thickened. Add cauliflower florets to the mixture and gently toss. Serve.
