Cauliflower Sauce recipe

|240 ml||White Sauce|
|300 g||cauliflower, cooked|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Put butter in a saucepan and stir until melted. Add flour mixed and stir until thoroughly blended; then pour in milk and white sauce and bring mixture to the boiling point and let boil two minutes.
Place cauliflower on a plate and pour over sauce.
