Ingredients
60 g | butter |
30 g | flour |
240 ml | White Sauce |
240 ml | milk |
300 g | cauliflower, cooked |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Put butter in a saucepan and stir until melted. Add flour mixed and stir until thoroughly blended; then pour in milk and white sauce and bring mixture to the boiling point and let boil two minutes.Place cauliflower on a plate and pour over sauce.
