Cauliflower fry recipe details
Ingredients
1 | cauliflower |
1 | onion, chopped |
100 g | rice flour |
100 g | chickpea flour (gram flour) |
salt | |
curry powder | |
4 tbsp | water |
oil for deep-frying |
Instructions
Cut the cauliflower into florets and cook in salted water until soft.Mix the flours with the seasoning and water and add the chopped onion and the cooked cauliflower. Mix until the flour mix sticks to the florets.
Fry in hot oil until golden.
