Ingredients
1 kg | yoghurt, plain |
500 g | vanilla ice cream, Bourboun vanilla |
2 tbsp | Cassis |
Instructions
Take ice cream out of freezer and leave to become softer for about 15 – 20 minutes. Then whisk together ice cream and yoghurt.Add Cassis and cinnamon and mix with a spoon. Leave in fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
