|1 kg||yoghurt, plain|
|500 g||vanilla ice cream, Bourboun vanilla|
Take ice cream out of freezer and leave to become softer for about 15 – 20 minutes. Then whisk together ice cream and yoghurt.
Add Cassis and cinnamon and mix with a spoon. Leave in fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
