Ingredients
1 kg | carrots, peeled, sliced |
2 medium | onions, chopped |
3 tbsp | butter |
1 tsp | flour |
½ tsp | onion powder |
200 ml | evaporated milk |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
In a saucepan, sauté onion in butter until soft. Stir in rest of ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring gently, until sauce is slightly thickened and coats carrots well.Preparation time:
