Carpaccio di salmone recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | very fresh raw Salmon |
2 | lime, juice and grated peel |
1 | lemon, juice |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
salt | |
pepper | |
1 handful | capers or caper-berries |
Instructions
Put the fresh salmon in the freezer and freeze for 1-2 hours. Then slice very thinly. Spread on a plate.Mix the lime and lemon juice with the olive oil and add salt, pepper and some grated skin of one lime.
Pour over the salmon and decorate with capers or caper-berries. Leave to marinate for minutes before serving.
