Ingredients
Serves: 16- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground allspice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 (3 pound) salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 30 mins | Extra time: 2 hours, marinating1. Coat two (15×10-inch) baking dishes with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl, stir salt, nutmeg, pepper, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, and sugar together.
2. Rub spices into salmon fillets, then place fish in the prepared baking dishes. Pour oil over fish, cover with plastic wrap, and place in refrigerator.
3. Chill for 2 hours to marinate.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
5. Uncover salmon and bake for about 30 minutes, until fish flakes easily. Serve.
