Ingredients

1 glass(es) | water |
10 g | butter |
3 g | caraway |
15 g | flour |
salt |
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine the water and the caraway and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and allow to steep for 3-4 hours, then strain through a sieve into a jar.In a saucepan heat the butter and stir in the flour. Cook stirring until lightly brown. Add the milk and the caraway water, stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Bring to the boil and cook for approximately for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt.
