Ingredients
6 | plums, pitted, cut in half |
200 g | caster sugar |
50 g | butter |
juice of 1/2 lemon | |
juice of 1/2 orange | |
whipping cream, whipped |
Instructions
Combine butter and sugar in a pan and stir over low heat until a caramel has formed. Add the plums, cut-side down, and cook for 5-6 minutes.Turn plums over and add the lemon and orange juice to the pan. Stew for a few minutes until plums are soft.
Remove from the heat and transfer to a serving plate. Serve with whipped cream.
