Ingredients
4 small | apples |
50 g | butter |
100 g | sugar |
whipping or double cream |
Instructions
Cut the apples into wedges and set aside.Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. When hot and foaming add the apples and sugar and cook for 5 minutes. Stir frequently until the apple caramelises.
Remove from heat and allow to cool a little. Serve with dollops of whipped or double cream.
