Caramel toffee cream recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | sugar |
60 ml | water |
1 tbsp | honey |
2 tbsp | butter |
some | lemon essence |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except the lemon essence, in a pan and bring to the boil. Keep stirring until thickened.Remove from heat and allow to cool a little. Add the lemon essence and then beat until thick and creamy.
Pour into a buttered dish and cool completely.
Cut into squares and serve.
