Caramel ice cream recipe details
Ingredients
50 g | brown sugar |
90 g | granulated sugar |
2 tbsp | water |
120 ml | whole milk |
450 ml | condensed milk |
1 tsp | vanilla |
Instructions
Put the brown sugar in a pan and stir until melted. Add two tablespoonfuls of hot water and stir to combine.Add condensed milk, whole milk, vanilla and granulated sugar. Stir well.
Once all sugar is dissolved, pour cold mixture into ice cream machine and process according to manufacturer’s directions.
