Caramel fudge brownies recipe details
Fudgy brownies are topped with a caramel layer, then chocolate chips and pecans.

Ingredients
Serves: 20- 1 (12oz) jar caramel sauce
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- dash salt
- 4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 45 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Combine caramel and 1/4 cup flour; set aside.
3. Combine 1 cup flour, baking powder and salt, mix well; set aside.
4. Place chocolate squares and butter in microwavable bowl, and microwave for 2 minutes on High.
5. Stir sugar into melted chocolate mixture; add eggs and vanilla.
6. Add flour mixture to chocolate mixture – mix well. Spread into the prepared pan.
7. Bake in the preheated oven 25 minutes. Remove, Add caramel mixture over brownies, sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecans.
8. Return to oven and bake just until the edges have started to pull away from the sides of the pan, about 20 minutes.
9. Let cool before cutting. Enjoy!!!
