Caramel Cream Frosting recipe

|2 tbsp||white sugar|
|130 g||white sugar|
|120 ml||whipping cream|
Cook 2 tablespoons sugar in a small saucepan and over medium heat until dissolved and caramelised. Remove from heat.
In another saupepan combine remaining sugar, butter and cream. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
Stir in caramelized sugar and bring to a boil again. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat leave to cool a little. Then beat until you have desired spreading consistency.
