Ingredients
2 large | red onions, finely chopped |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tbsp | balsamic vinegar |
1 tbsp | cilantro, finely chopped |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté onions until soft and caramelised, about 20 to 25 minutes.Add the balsamic vinegar and cilantro and cook for 5 more minutes. Take from heat and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
