Cantaloupe skewers recipe details
Ingredients
1 | cantaloupe melon, cut into bite-sized pieces |
100 g | butter |
100 g | honey |
75 g | mint, chopped |
Instructions
Preheat the oven or the grill to high.In a saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the honey and simmer until creamy. Add the mint and mix well.
Arrange the cantaloupe chunks onto 4 skewers. Brush the skewers with the honey sauce. Place the skewers onto a lined baking tray or grill. Bake or grill the skewers all around for 5 minutes.
Serve with the remaining honey sauce.
