Ingredients
1 kg | mixed nuts |
3 tbsp | butter |
50 g | sugar |
¼ tsp | salt |
Instructions
Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add the sugar and salt, stir until dissolved.
Stir in the nuts. Cook until the butter mixture foams and sticks to the nuts. Stir occasionally. Continue cooking and stirring for about 2 more minutes.
Transfer the nuts to paper sheets, leaving any excess butter behind.
Leave to cool.
