Candied lemon recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | sugar |
180 ml | water |
1 tbsp | lemon essence |
Instructions
Line a large tin with greased baking parchment.In a saucepan boil the sugar and water until the sugar begins to candy round the edges, then stir in the lemon essence.
Pour out into the tin with parchment paper and leave to cool. Cut into shapes.
