Campfire fish tacos recipe details
Easy mahi mahi tacos in a skillet, served with a simple sweet onion relish for flavor.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 4 skinless mahi mahi fillets, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup picante sauce
- 3/4 cup thinly sliced sweet onion
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 8 (6-inch) corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Rub mahi mahi pieces with Mexican seasoning.
2. Pour olive oil into a large skillet and set over medium-high heat. Cook fillets in hot oil for about 2 minutes, then flip and cook for 2 more minutes, until fish is browned.
3. Add picante sauce. Simmer on medium for about 7 more minutes, until fish is cooked through.
4. Toss onions and salt in a bowl. Stuff tortillas with fish, picante sauce, onion mixture, and sour cream.
