California style fish in dipped tortillas recipe details
Ingredients1. Warmed flour tortillas (12)
2. Ahi tuna fillets (2pounds)
3. chopped Napa cabbage (1small)
4. fresh lime juice (1/4c)
5. soy sauce (1/2c)
6. chopped jalapeno peppers (2large)
7. pasilla sauce
8. olive oil
Method of preparation
1. Take fish and then cut into bite size pieces. Take a large bowl, Mix soy sauce, lime juice and peppers in it. Add fish pieces, coat them and keep them to marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Take a frying pan, add olive oil in it. Heat the oil and then add fish in it and fry for 3 minutes from all sides.
3. Take out the fish and keep it warm. Add more oil to the pan, fry cabbage in it for 2 minutes. Before serving, dip tortillas in pasilla sauce.
4. Heat in the frying pan or oven. Now assemble them and then fold and serve.
