Ingredients

120 g cream cheese
120 ml double cream
1 tbsp marmalade, preferably thick Dundee marmalade
2 tbsp brandy or rum
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
sugar to taste
4  oranges, peeled and segmented

Instructions

Place the orange segments in 4 long-stem dessert glasses.

Mix the remaining ingredients together in a liquidiser and blend until smooth. Divide the cream mixture between the glasses.

To decorate, cut several strips of orange peel and boil in a few tbsp of water in a small pan with a tbsp of sugar. Allow to cool and add to top of cream.
