Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 (9 ounce) package ready-to-serve long grain rice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 (6 ounce) package frozen snow peas, thawed
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Start the rice cooking according to package directions.
2. Combine butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. When butter melts, add garlic and Cajun seasoning; cook for 1 minute until fragrant, then add shrimp. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.
