Cabbage and Garlic Soup recipe
|1 ½ l||chicken stock|
|3 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|2 tbsp||parsley, minced|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
In a saucepan, combine the garlic, 500 ml of chicken stock and rice. Bring to a boil, cover, then reduce and cook for 20 minutes over low heat.
Transfer to a blender, add another 500 ml stock and process for 10 seconds. Return to saucepan, add remaining stock and cabbage. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with parsley and serve.
