|3 clove(s)||garlic, peeled and chopped|
|1 small||onion, peeled and roughly chopped|
|50 ml||olive oil|
|250 g||brown button mushrooms, cleaned and roughly chopped|
|2||red hot chilli peppers, chopped|
|250 ml||hot vegetable stock|
InstructionsIn a large frying pan fry garlic and onions in some olive oil. Add mushrooms, chilli and dried tomatoes and fry gently for approximately 5 minutes or until soft
Put parsley and walnuts into a food processor. Add the pan contents, the remaining olive oil and the stock and blitz until smooth. Season to taste the sauce with salt.
Serve with pasta.
