Wonderful, custard-type pie, that needs no crust.

Ingredients
Serves: 8- 1 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
2. Mix all ingredients with wire whisk. Grease pie plate (glass or metal) using the wrapper from the stick of margarine. Pour ingredients into the pie plate.
3. Bake until a knife inserted near the center of the custard comes out clean, 30 to 40 minutes. Cool before serving.
