Butter Tarts recipe

|1||short crust pastry, tart shells|
|For the butter tart filling:|
|70 g||butter, softened|
|220 g||brown sugar|
|1 tsp||vanilla extract|
|60 ml||whipping cream|
Cream together the butter and sugar. Add vanilla and beat in the eggs, one at a time. Stir in the cream.
Fill the unbaked tart shells with the filling and preheat the oven to 180°C.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the pastry has nicely browned and the filling is set.
Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
